Estate Style Fence
The Standard Estate Fence is a basic style of fence that provides the most bang for the client's buck. The interior side of the fence has framing visible, while the exterior side is smooth between the posts.
Estate Style Fence
The most cost-effective cedar fence style is the estate style fence. Estate fence is made up of pressure treated 4 1/8" x 4 1/8" posts with a 24 tight knot cedar rail installed on the edge 12" up from the bottom of the posts and a 24 tight knot cedar rail installed on the edge 12" down from the top of the posts. The rails are then secured with 14 fence boards. The tops of the fence boards are trimmed to give the fence a smooth, clean appearance. Our posts are all 24" deep in concrete.
